    Great book really getting into the psychology of our motivations as well as mapping out nicely what we all need in order to feel balanced A very practical and down to earth book As most of these books it could do with less repeating itself in places but it's definitely worth a read And of course he is selling himself hard but not through the book or at least that was not my impression but later on if you sign up to his emails Even if you are not going for absolute high performance myself I love balance and not am not interested in being THAT busy the book can still be applied to your own life to optimise it at your own level and gain the balance by looking at ALL areas in your life

    Arrived just in time for me to read Chapter 1 before a job interviewgot the job but refused it as I realised it wasn't taking me in the right direction this was several months ago and looking back this was a very good decision I have not read the whole book yet but the chapters I have read have helped me make informed decisions in relation to my interests and improve my health I have bought this for colleagues and my husband is now reading it for a second time Well worth getting

    Excellent book I got the audio version and I finished it worthin 7 days whilst I was driving to work Now I will listen again at home so that I can complete the practice exercises Easy to follow and you can read or listen to the book from whichever habit you want to master

    Transformative made me rethink a whole bunch of things and having already started and benefitted from a morning routine before reading this book I loved how Brendon encourages you to scatter those zen moments throughout your day It is so easy to get bogged down in the day to day tic tock of your working day and using methods from this book helped me to appreciate everything throughout the day
